Since I began knitting, I noticed an overwhelming feeling of community among knitters. That is something that you simply cannot find everyday. I want to share ideas, experiences, learn together and embrace knitting as the art it is. Knitting is just the beginning of plans for Yarnhouse. We plan to expand into other fiber arts such as spinning, dyeing and weaving. I hope everyone will be here to enable us to grow the community together.
Directions and Location
We are located in NoDa, Charlotte’s historical arts district. Our store is on North Davidson Street between 36th and 35th Streets. Parking is available in the rear and is accessible via 35th Street by driving behind Cabo Fish Taco. If that lot is full, parking is also available at the Johnston YMCA.
